We are applying together for an apartment. Do we have to fill out multiple applications?
Yes, anyone 18 years of age or older that will be living in the apartment MUST fill out their own separate application and pay the $45 fee. Please note that each applicant must also use a separate email address.

Is there a minimum credit score requirement?
No, the credit check on the application is a soft credit check. That means it will not show us your credit score and it will not impact your credit score in any way. We are just looking at the specific things mentioned in the qualification categories listed here.

can i apply for more than one apartment at a time?
Yes, you can apply for as many apartments as are available at the time you submit your application. Please be sure to list each apartment number individually in the designated area on your application.
If another unit of the same size should come available before your submission deadline on the apartments you have selected, you will be automatically put into consideration for that unit as well. However, your application will NOT apply to future openings past the submission deadline listed on the apartments for which you have applied.
For example, you apply for a one bedroom apartment (we'll call it apartment #22) and the submission deadline for that application is two weeks away. i was told previously that my application would be good for 6 months. Is that still true?
If you submitted an application prior to February 16, 2023, then yes your application will be good for 6 months from the date it was submitted and you will be automatically considered for any apartment that comes available during that time.

Selections will still be made based on the qualifications listed here to determine the most qualified applicant. Do you allow pets?
We allow one dog with a weight limit of 20 pounds, with the payment of a non-refundable $300 pet fee.

can i smoke inside the apartment?
No, Park Brook Apartments has a strict no-smoking policy. We don't allow smoking or vaping of any kind inside the units or in the breezeways. Smoking/vaping is allowed on personal decks/balconies as long as all associated trash is disposed of properly.
Do you allow short-term leases?
No, we require that all residents sign a one-year lease agreement.
Can i move into a 1 bedroom now and transfer to a 2 bedroom when one becomes available?
Yes, but only after the one-year lease has been fulfilled on the 1 bedroom. After the year lease is up, as long as you are in good standing, you will be eligible to transfer to a larger apartment.
