How It Works
Our application process can be completed entirely online through the Innago property management service.
As apartments become available, you will be able to submit applications on the specific apartments available at that time.
Application deadline dates for available apartments can be found on our available apartments page
or sign up for our newsletter to be notified when apartments become available and applications are being accepted.
After the submission deadline, management will select the most qualified applicant and notify them of their selection. Those who are not selected will be notified of their denial.

Qualifications
Applications are evaluated on five main categories: credit, income, rental history, employment history, and criminal background. Below you can find specifics on what can help or hurt your qualification standing.
CREDITA soft credit check is a part of our online application. 'Soft check' means that it will not negatively impact your credit score. If the report shows any unpaid mortgage or utility bills it will result in an automatic denial of your application. Excessive credit card or other types of debt will not cause an automatic denial, but will greatly impact your qualification status. The exception to this is medical debt which is not considered and will have no impact on your qualification standing. |
INCOMEIncome is one of the most important categories considered in determining an applicant's qualification standing. The application will require you to provide proof of your claimed income amount. If you do not provide accurate and recent proof of income, your application will be automatically denied. The minimum income requirement is that rent on the apartment you are applying for cannot equal more than one third of your gross income. If you apply for an apartment that is more than one-third of your income, it will result in an automatic denial. |
RENTAL HISTORYA minimum of 1 year of verifiable rental history or proof of previous home-ownership is required. You must provide 1 full year of rental history on the application or your application will be denied. If you can provide a referral from a previous landlord, it will weigh heavily in your favor. The application does pull previous eviction records. If you have an eviction on your record within the last 10 years, it will result in a denial of your application. Anything past 10 years will not result in a denial, but will negatively impact your qualification standing. |
EMPLOYMENT HISTORYA minimum of 6 months at your current job and a minimum of 1 year of consistent work history is required. If you do not provide a full year of work history on the application, it will result in an automatic denial. The only exemption to this is for individuals who draw social security benefits and can provide proof of consistent income. |
CRIMINAL BACKGROUNDA background check is required for all applicants. Any felony conviction within the last 10 years will result in an automatic denial. Misdemeanors and any criminal background older than 10 years is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but will negatively impact your qualification standing. |
